I’m a versatile Microbiology professional, Operations Manager, and Data Analyst with a passion for bridging the gap between scientific research and technical operations. With a strong foundation in laboratory science and proven leadership in on-site operations, staff and community management, STEM education, and large-scale logistics, I organize complex workflows, manage teams, and generate data-driven insights. My background also includes published research in virology, backed by scientific writing and research discipline.

In my current role as Manager at SolarHub Abuja, I oversee day-to-day on-site operations, supervise staff both on-site and online, and build and grow the company’s community across on-site and digital channels while serving as a primary point of contact for operational and community matters. Previously and concurrently as Head of Logistics, I orchestrate end-to-end logistics for weekly services and conferences, manage supply chain and resource readiness through procurement and proactive inventory audits, and lead a multidisciplinary logistics team—streamlining task allocation and communication protocols to enhance operational efficiency by 20%. I also bring structured teaching and mentorship through my STEM educator experience (NYSC) and my long-running Lead Tutor work using tools like Zoom to deliver personalized learning plans, alongside technical capabilities spanning Python, R, SQL, Google Data Analytics, Google Workspace/MS Office, and lab methods such as DNA extraction and PCR, microbiology isolation, microscopy, and bioinformatics analysis—because to me, operational excellence should always be measurable, repeatable, and aligned with people and community outcomes.
