I am a Data Analyst with over five years of experience helping organizations turn data into practical insights for better decision-making. My experience spans telecommunications, customer experience, financial services, energy, and market research, giving me a strong understanding of both analytical and business requirements.

In my current role, I work with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Metabase and other analytics platforms to collect, clean, validate, analyze, and visualize data. I develop and maintain performance dashboards, monitor key business metrics, investigate trends, and provide insights to support operational and strategic decisions. I have also worked with large datasets and relational databases, written complex SQL queries, automated reporting processes, and documented analytical workflows.

Some of my experience includes maintaining 20+ dashboards, processing 10,000+ data points monthly, and contributing to improvements that increased reporting efficiency by approximately 30%. I have also worked on customer experience analytics, call-centre benchmarking, onboarding and activation analysis, subscription and churn analysis, competitive research, and performance reporting.

I am particularly interested in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, automation, and using AI to improve analytical workflows and productivity.
