I’m looking for a role where I can own performance and learning systems, translate competency frameworks into measurable impact, and use HR analytics to improve engagement, promotions, and succession—within an organization that values data-driven decisions and continuous development.

I’m a Performance and Learning Manager with 10 years of experience driving organizational success through performance management, organizational structuring, and talent development. I bring a strategic, hands-on approach to aligning business initiatives with overarching goals while building high-performance cultures grounded in diversity, goal attainment, and superior workforce optimization.

In my current role at Corona Management Systems, I developed and implemented a competency framework (proficiency levels 1–5) across departments and integrated it into a new performance management system. I transitioned the process from manual to automated within one month, launched the appraisal cycle, and supported company-wide goal-setting training and orientation—achieving 31% effectiveness in 3 months and 73% in one year. I also created evidence-based promotion pathways using a transparent grid, strengthened skills-gap analysis, and increased competency proficiency and promotion rates from 16% to 54% within one year.

I lead Learning & Development end-to-end by conducting training needs analysis through job analysis, employee surveys, performance appraisals, and line-manager consultation—then turning insights into structured monthly programs that improve mentorship, conflict management, underperformance resolution, and retention. I also design organizational structures that clarify reporting lines and spans of control, and I use performance data to identify trends, spot high-potential employees for transition into higher roles, and implement development plans for low performers.

Previously, as an HR/Operations Manager at Murty International, I spearheaded performance management systems, standardized recruitment and onboarding across branches, and built organizational structural plans and SOPs to enforce financial control.
