What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior leadership role where I can expand health equity delivery through government and NGO partnerships, lead KPI-driven monitoring with strong data governance, and strengthen compliance while improving access for underserved communities in West Africa.

I’m a senior public health programme manager and pharmacist with 8+ years implementing high-quality community healthcare programmes across Nigeria and West Africa. I lead strategy and delivery for multi-year health equity initiatives, aligning partners, governance, and funder requirements to UNAIDS 95-95-95 and government health priorities.

I’ve built trusted relationships with Lagos State Ministry of Health units and other stakeholders, strengthened NGO partner capacity through mentorship and training (including 500+ healthcare workers), and managed teams of community mobilisers and research assistants. I also drive KPI-driven monitoring through a state-wide digital performance monitoring dashboard for 2,000+ facilities, and I oversee budget management and compliance governance to ensure accurate, timely reporting.
