I am a highly motivated administrative and virtual support professional with over three years of experience managing remote operations, customer service, and data entry. I excel at organizing schedules, maintaining clear communication, and producing accurate documentation that supports leadership and team objectives.

In my current role as a Program Analyst (Admin Support) I manage scheduling, data entry, official memo documentation, interdepartmental coordination, and project reporting, and I prepare briefing documents and summaries for leadership.

Previously, as a Virtual Assistant, I supported a CEO with email handling, meeting coordination, calendar management, task tracking in Trello, and basic Canva design work. I also work freelance handling customer inquiries, updating product spreadsheets, and providing real-time reporting for remote teams.
