What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Customer Support or Administrative Support role where I can help people, manage information accurately, and keep tasks on schedule.

At Funbis Secondary School, I communicated information clearly to more than 100 students, adapted explanations to different needs, and gave timely feedback. I also maintained attendance records and managed lesson plans and daily schedules.

As Data Entry Support at Microfinance Bank, I sorted and entered data, following set procedures and keeping records accurate, consistent, and confidential. At TBC NGO, I created social media posts and supporting copy, worked with the team to meet deadlines, and applied feedback.

I’m an English Language graduate of Lagos State University seeking an entry-level Customer Support or Administrative Support role. I have working knowledge of HubSpot and Zendesk, along with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
