I am a program management specialist and educator with extensive experience mainstreaming human-rights based approaches into development programming. I combine academic training in sociology, political science and project planning with practical implementation experience across NGOs and research institutions.
My career includes coordinating projects that advance socio-economic inclusion, gender equity and community development, and I have led program design, monitoring and stakeholder engagement in county and community settings. I have published research on community water project implementation and hold certifications in socio-behavioral research methods.
As a lecturer and curriculum developer, I have designed and delivered coursework, mentored students and contributed to institutional growth through teaching and research. I am skilled in qualitative research, guidance and counseling, and capacity building with diverse community groups.
I hold an M.A. in Project Planning and Management, a B.A. in Sociology and Political Science, diploma and certificate qualifications in guidance and counseling, and I am currently enrolled for a PhD in Sociology while pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. I seek to apply my combined academic and programmatic expertise to roles that advance inclusive development and rights-based programming.
