I’m looking for a remote-friendly operations and admin role where I can own client communications, scheduling, and accurate invoice/contract workflows—using a proactive, solutions-first approach that improves speed, accuracy, and client experience.

I’m a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with 2+ years of experience delivering measurable impact in client communications, invoice and contract preparation, and operational administration. I’m known for managing high-volume client correspondence with zero missed follow-ups and maintaining zero-error records in fast-paced environments.

In my current role as Personal Assistant to the CEO, I streamlined scheduling across multiple priorities to eliminate conflicts, drafted and delivered client invoices within 24 hours of service completion, and introduced a quality control review process to raise the accuracy and professionalism of client-facing communications.
