I'm open to fully remote, multi-geography roles where I can lead payment settlement, reconciliation, partner operations, and risk controls in a high-volume fintech environment.

At eTranzact International Plc, I lead end-to-end settlement and reconciliation across payment channels, merchants, and 50+ banking and financial institution partners. I sustain 100% reconciliation accuracy on daily transaction volumes exceeding NGN 5 billion while investigating exceptions, recovering unsettled transactions, and strengthening fraud and compliance controls.

Over 10+ years, I’ve progressed from Customer Support Executive to Lead, Settlement Operations, managing disputes, chargebacks, journal entries, partner relationships, and operational reporting. I also lead and mentor a team of 8 settlement professionals, using SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel to improve controls, visibility, and decision-making.
