Founded and manage a commercial tree seedling nursery producing indigenous and exotic species. Oversee all nursery operations, maintain detailed records, and engage private sector partners in carbon finance mechanisms.

Oversaw district-level implementation of ECE and open community school programmes across 50+ schools, developed and monitored work plans, and built partnerships with government and community leaders. Provided coaching and training to teachers, ensured safeguarding compliance, and produced field and management reports.

Participated as a grower in an association of tree nursery operators supported by FAO and SNV, contributing to seedling production for agroforestry and carbon projects. Gained hands-on experience in nursery care and collaborated with members to share best practices.
