At Morgan State University’s Division of International Affairs, I developed study abroad activities, promoted roughly 20 faculty exchange programs annually, and managed an approximately $50,000 annual budget for need-based student support. I also advised about 150 study abroad applicants per semester and created communications, orientations, web pages, and marketing materials for international programs.

I’ve supported recruitment, retention, program operations, budgeting, database management, and student success across Morgan State University’s international affairs and engineering programs. With a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, I bring engineering acumen, office management experience, and a focus on improving productivity and organizational growth.
