I’m a results-driven Business Administration graduate with hands-on experience across sales, procurement, and team coordination, and I’m known for driving revenue growth while keeping operations efficient. I bring data-driven decision-making and market analysis into everyday execution, with a strong focus on building relationships that last.

In my current role as a Customer Experience Champion, I maintain a calm composure during peak hours to ensure seamless battery swaps for around 50 daily customers. I complete 100% accurate transactions (payments and battery tracking) with zero recorded discrepancies, while also upholding strict cleanliness and safety protocols to strengthen customer trust and compliance.

Previously, I worked as a Procurement & Sales Intern where I handled end-to-end procurement documentation—stock counts, GRNs, and vouchers—and processed call center receipts. I also pre-screened 300 cashier/accountant applicants, strengthening my ability to manage high-volume, detail-sensitive responsibilities.

I’ve also developed leadership through student initiatives, including serving as Purchasing Manager for my group at the Makerere University Entrepreneurship Expo 2022. Today, I’m excited to keep combining customer-first service, procurement discipline, and performance-focused teamwork to expand business footprints through consistent, measurable results.
