I’m a clinical research data professional with 8+ years supporting public health programs, clinical laboratory operations, and regulatory-compliant research environments. I focus on data integrity, audit readiness, data governance, and process optimization across the clinical trial lifecycle.

In my current role as a Health Plan Request (HPR) Automation Specialist at Verisma, I manage high-volume medical record transactions for automated processing using the Monitored Retrieval Tool (MRT) Bot in a secure, fully remote environment. I apply HEDIS and CMS quality measure principles to validate healthcare data, identify gaps in patient visit documentation, and support accurate quality reporting for downstream analytics.

Previously, as a Senior Data Analyst with the California Department of Public Health, I led data operations supporting statewide genetic screening studies processing 30,000+ patient records monthly. Using SQL and R, I retrieved, cleaned, reconciled, and validated large clinical datasets, produced 200+ recurring reports for program leadership and CDC stakeholders, and supported assay work that contributed to a 33% improvement in laboratory processing efficiency.

I also bring hands-on EDC and regulatory documentation experience from roles at the California Department of Public Health and PerkinElmer, including validation of EDC data extracts aligned with CDISC SDTM and CDASH, dashboarding for study progress and data readiness, and authoring/reviewing data review plans, CRF guidelines, and SOP documentation. I’m known for strong communication, initiative, and problem-solving—especially when presenting insights and maintaining compliance with ICH-GCP, HIPAA, CLIA, and FDA-aligned standards.
