What I'm looking for
I’m an enthusiastic service-industry professional who brings “hard work, attention to detail and excellent organizational skills” to every role. With experience across student support, travel reservations, and frontline customer service, I help people move from confusion to clarity—quickly and professionally.
Most recently, as an Academic Counsellor at IGNOU (Delhi), I analyzed student data to assess counseling program effectiveness and make improvements. I also counseled students when behavior, school progress, mental or physical impairment indicated a need for assistance, diagnosing problems and arranging for needed services.
Earlier in my career, I grew into responsibility and leadership as a Management Trainee at Apna Tour and Travel Agency. I planned and implemented team projects, monitored employee performance and enacted improvement plans, and shouldered management responsibilities during absence of the manager—while keeping customer experiences friendly and engaging.
I’ve also delivered high-precision travel operations as a Reservation Executive at Interglobe Technology, documenting customers and booking information in Sabre software and creating daily floor sheets for reservations. I communicate fast across telephone, email, online, and in-person requests, and I inform clients of essential travel information such as travel times, transportation connections, and medical and visa requirements. Outside of work, I’m a freelance writer who published two poetry books, and I continue to build my communication, teaching, and service skills through TEFL/TESOL and travel-and-tourism training.
