What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level role in Business Intelligence & Analytics where I can use Python, machine learning, and visualization tools to turn data into actionable insights, collaborate with teams, and grow through hands-on projects.

I’m a recent graduate in Information Technology with a focus on Business Intelligence and Analytics. I’ve built a strong foundation in data analysis and learned to communicate insights clearly for real business decisions.

During my internship at TM Technology Services sdn. bhd., I analyzed data sets to extract actionable insights for company use and client presentations. I created multiple visualizations (graphs) to make complex information easier to understand.

I also developed practical analytics work using Python programming and machine learning algorithms. I used defined thresholds to identify congested and non-congested links, and I built strategies for curating and combining useful information aligned to business objectives.

I’m a quick learner who adapts to new tools and technologies, and I collaborate effectively with teams to drive projects forward. I bring strong self-learning, effective time management, confidentiality awareness, and problem-solving to every task.
