Nurul Najiha Norazmi

I’m an Applied AI & Data Analytics professional with hands-on experience in machine learning, computer vision, and business intelligence. I’m currently pursuing my MSc with a CGPA of 3.97, while applying these skills in real telecom and enterprise data environments.

In my roles at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I’ve supported AI-assisted content and operations, coordinated delivery timelines, and managed documentation and knowledge transfer for enterprise system transitions. I also built SQL-driven telecom billing data workflows to reduce manual processing and improved reporting accuracy by investigating billing data inconsistencies.

On the analytics side, I developed Power BI dashboards for workforce analytics and resource monitoring, analyzing data to optimize resource allocation and improve operational visibility. I’ve also built end-to-end big data pipelines using the Hadoop ecosystem (HDFS, Hive, Pig) and delivered business insights through Power BI dashboards.

My projects reflect my preference for end-to-end, measurable outcomes—like road surface damage detection with YOLOv11 (using mAP@50, precision, and recall), fruit image classification/object detection using classical models and deep learning, and churn prediction using Logistic Regression and Random Forest. I enjoy translating messy data into reliable models, strong evaluations, and actionable dashboards that teams can trust.
