What I'm looking for
I am an operations and reporting professional with 9+ years supporting academic planning, enrolment forecasting, and timetable development across higher education programs.
I work extensively with large Excel datasets to identify trends, risks, capacity constraints and translate operational data into clear insights for academic and administrative stakeholders.
I have built Power BI dashboards, developed an internal AWS Lex chatbot, and led process improvements to reduce manual effort and improve data quality while investigating and resolving cross-system discrepancies.
