I am a QA Manager with over 10 years of experience delivering quality assurance across fintech, banking, payroll and HR systems. I currently lead testing and QA operations for a cloud-based payroll and HR product, driving team performance and product quality end-to-end.
I lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, recruiting and upskilling internal talent from non-QA backgrounds, and implementing an upskilling matrix to close skill gaps. I spearheaded the transition from codeless to code-based automation to build a more maintainable and scalable framework.
My work focuses on defining KPI and performance management frameworks, onboarding strategies, and process improvements that reduce cost and eliminate inefficiencies. My background includes managing automation for POS and payment systems, integrations and data conversion projects, API and SQL testing, and performance testing across regulated environments.
I am a hands-on leader who mentors teams, drives automation adoption, and collaborates cross-functionally from early product stages through release. I hold multiple testing certifications (ISTQB advanced levels, PMI-ACP) and am completing a PGDip in Risk Management to complement my technical and managerial expertise.
