Support end-to-end data ingestion, including source system onboarding, extraction, transformation, validation, and loading into target environments. Develop and maintain ETL pipelines on Databricks, Trino, SQL, and Microsoft Azure, and manage data-quality incidents with documentation and runbooks.

Developed a CNN predictive model to forecast policy cancellations and improved prediction accuracy using data-driven modeling. Performed EDA, built/deployed predictive models with Python and TensorFlow, and built an LLM system to extract information from PDF documents.

Developed Power BI dashboards to track project performance and user activity, and analyzed user behavior to identify engagement drop-offs. Cleaned, transformed, and validated datasets using SQL and Python to deliver reporting visualizations for stakeholder decisions.
