South AfricaWhat I'm looking for
At eThekwini Municipality, I designed and implemented a city-wide data warehouse to centralise faults and complaints. I also developed SQL and SSIS ETL pipelines to keep reporting data accurate and consistent.
I built and maintained Power BI dashboards for service providers, fault-prone areas, ageing tickets and performance metrics. This work contributed to a 30% improvement in service delivery and a 25% increase in fault closure rates.
I also developed an internal tender management system using Power Apps and SharePoint, replacing paper-based storage. Before eThekwini Municipality, I worked as a Network Engineer at MTN, where I investigated network issues and created operational reports and dashboards. I’m pursuing an Honours degree in Information and Communications Technology while working full-time.
