I am a Certified QuickBooks Online specialist with hands-on experience in billing, invoicing, COA setup, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. I combine accounting accuracy with an engineering-rooted attention to process and documentation.

During a QuickBooks Online internship I processed customer invoices, vendor payments, customized Charts of Accounts, performed bank reconciliations, and generated Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow reports to support decision-making. I hold QuickBooks ProAdvisor Level 1 and Level 2 certifications and completed targeted QuickBooks Online training.

Previously I worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer in international shipyard projects where I oversaw machinery and systems testing, managed compliance documentation, and acted as a cross-cultural liaison in Japanese, English and Greek contexts. Those roles strengthened my compliance, testing, and cross-functional coordination skills.
