I am a production manager and MBA candidate with extensive experience in automotive seating and assembly operations, focused on driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction. I combine hands-on production leadership with quality engineering expertise to meet delivery, quality, and cost targets.
Throughout my career I have led KPI-driven production management, implemented lean and continuous improvement initiatives (KAIZEN, 5S, TPS, HAI), and introduced training programs to boost team skills and retention. I have managed budgets, monitored LJS/LPS/QAD systems, and ensured HSE and quality standards on the shop floor.
As a senior quality engineer and assembly quality lead, I handled customer concerns, root-cause analysis, APQP/PAPP for new product introduction, and cross-functional corrective actions. I coached and developed teams of engineers and technicians, led QRQC activities, and implemented best practices across sites.
I am pursuing an MBA to strengthen leadership and strategic skills and seek roles where I can combine production management, continuous improvement, and people development to deliver measurable operational improvements.
