Nosisa Ndzinisa
@nosisandzinisa
I build practical irrigation, surveying, and farm engineering solutions for sustainable agriculture.
What I'm looking for
I've completed the requirements for a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering at the University of Eswatini, graduating with a CGPA of 4.57. I'm focused on practical engineering solutions that improve agricultural productivity, water resource management, and climate-smart farming systems.
During my internship at the Royal Eswatini Sugar Corporation, I supported construction works, land surveying, AutoCAD drafting, GIS mapping, land preparation, drip irrigation installation, tractor-pool operations, and earthmoving activities. I contributed to low-level crossings, wetland dam setting-out, subsurface drainage, pump-station layouts, and irrigation projects while applying hydraulics, soil mechanics, and irrigation engineering in the field.
At STEM Empowerment Hub, I contribute to digital storytelling, content creation, community engagement, and STEM-driven initiatives. I also facilitate community study sessions with AMICAALL Eswatini, organizing learning activities and supporting participants through communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
I'm eager to bring hands-on engineering experience, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset to sustainable agriculture, rural development, and engineering innovation projects.
