Since August 2024, I’ve worked as a Freelance BIM consultant (MEP). Before that, at Integrated Design Limited, I coordinated building-services BIM work on projects including HKIA – Terminal 2 Expansion Project and a data center in Singapore.

At Integrated Design Limited, I prepared Digital Project Plans and BIM Execution Plans, coordinated model and drawing deliverables, and was responsible for MiC / Module Drawing Preparation. I also managed the digital practice team and led workshops and meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.

Earlier, I worked on major building-services projects including Wynn Palace (Macau), MARINA BAYS SANDS INTEGRATED RESORT, and Western Harbour Crossing (Tunnel Ventilation). My experience spans MEP coordination, HVAC design and drafting, and construction projects across Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore.
