I’m a Xero Certified Professional and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor with a “fix-it-at-the-source” approach, focused on data accuracy and reliable financial processing. I help executive management and lead bookkeepers keep documents audit-ready while strengthening the quality of day-to-day entries.

In my current Administrative and Finance Support role at the Department of Education, I aid the Senior Bookkeeper by cross-verifying financial system entries for full accuracy. I manage supplier inquiries, compile quotations, support procurement decisions, and perform quality control on administrative documents and financial records before submission.

I also bring hands-on workflow support experience—managing executive schedules, confidential documents, and external communications. Alongside my bookkeeping work, I’ve developed a high-precision mindset through tutoring and large-volume data annotation, and I automate checks using Hubdoc and AI tools to reduce errors in high-speed AP/AR, payroll, and reconciliations.
