What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Business Development Representative opportunity where I can apply my communication, organisation, persistence, and willingness to learn to prospect engagement and business growth.

At China Hyper, I engaged with customers, identified their needs, recommended products, and responded to questions and concerns. I also processed cash and card transactions and contributed to daily sales targets.

At The Hub, I assisted customers with product recommendations and enquiries while supporting stock replenishment and store presentation alongside my university studies.

As a Peer Tutor & Community Volunteer with Amanzimtoti Community Program, I explained Business Management concepts in accessible language and helped coordinate food-distribution initiatives supporting more than 30 families.

For my Sociology Research Project at UKZN, I prepared interview guides, conducted more than 15 in-depth interviews, reviewed qualitative information, and produced a 15-page report. I hold a BSocSci in Management & Sociology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
