I am a dedicated Public Relations Officer with a strong background in managing customer relations and enhancing brand visibility. Currently, I work at Watermark Group, where I manage customer records, handle financial transactions, and ensure compliance with company policies. My role involves collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to address queries effectively, while also providing administrative support in stakeholder meetings.

Previously, I interned at Debswana Diamond Company, where I created engaging content for the in-house newsletter and managed the company's social media accounts. I played a key role in planning and executing significant events, including the company's 50th anniversary celebrations. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Media Studies with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Botswana, where I graduated with a Second Class Upper Division.
