At Afrizan People Intelligence, I created wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, user flows, and heuristic evaluations for stakeholder reporting, using A/B testing to optimise designs with data insights. I also designed and developed a car dealership website at Carter Suzuki while processing vehicle finance applications through CRM and Seriti.

I've spent more than five years supporting customers across live chat, call centres, finance processing, sales, and financial advisory. That experience helps me connect what customers see in a product with what the backend systems and support teams need to deliver.
