What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a senior or lead data analyst role where I can own analytics strategy, build trusted KPI frameworks and data products, and shape decisions rather than only deliver against someone else's specification.

I'm leading KPI design, reporting automation, and data governance for Western Cape Government's eG4C digital transformation programme. I turn programme goals, GA4 activity, and multi-source data into Power BI and Microsoft Fabric reporting executives can act on.

At Ringier SA, I progressed from Data Analyst to Business Analyst in AI/Data Products, building Palantir Foundry dashboards, workflows, and AI assistants used across teams. I also scoped translation automation from schemas and business rules through engineering handoff, then led training and change management for adoption.

I've owned data validation, warehouse specifications, dashboard delivery, and reporting requirements across Ringier, TFG, Kurtosys Systems, and Sanlam. My work spans Athena, SQL Server, MySQL, AWS, Azure, Power BI, and stakeholder-facing analytics.

I'm looking to own analytics strategy as well as delivery, shaping trusted metrics, scalable data products, and decisions that improve real outcomes.
