At Lafarge I operate skidsteers, rock trucks and loaders, perform tower and plant operations, and complete general maintenance while testing aggregates and asphalt to specification. My hands-on roles emphasize safety, equipment care, and meeting technical standards.

Previously, as a sales associate and trainer, I consistently hit weekly quotas, managed and trained more than 80 representatives, ran meetings, conducted interviews, and travelled nationally to deliver sales training and solutions. I combine a student mentality with a strong work ethic and active listening to coach teams and improve performance.
