I am a dedicated IT Support Engineer with over six years of experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. My journey in IT began with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, followed by a Master’s in Big Data Management and Analytics. I have honed my skills in various operating systems, including Linux, Windows, and macOS, and have a strong background in providing exceptional technical support.
