I’m a communications and media professional who’s spent 10+ years spanning broadcast journalism, brand management, sales, operations, and talent work. I’m MBA-qualified with Reuters digital journalism certification, and I bring a client-first mindset, structured communication, and high emotional intelligence to every stakeholder interaction.

In my current role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I source and screen senior engineering candidates for blockchain/Web3 opportunities requiring 10+ years’ experience. I built end-to-end recruiting assets—outreach templates, objection handling, follow-up scripts, and candidate tracking—while managing pipelines, coordinating interviews, and maintaining clear communication through the hiring lifecycle.

Before that, I led full studio operations as a Studio Manager & Journalist/Presenter, producing live reports and hosting programs while strengthening audience engagement through compelling storytelling.
