I've led HR operations and strategic workforce initiatives across the U.S. Embassy, United Nations MINUSCA/UNV, International Rescue Committee, and private-sector organizations in Central Africa and Cameroon.
At MINUSCA/UNV, I managed the full HR cycle for 301 personnel, covering contracts, onboarding, leave, insurance, payroll, records, recruitment compliance, and performance-management support. I also produced HR KPIs and redesigned ATS workflows to reduce contract-renewal processing times.
As IRC's Head of HR and an SMT member, I advised leadership on HR strategy, succession, and talent management while supervising a decentralized team. I led restructuring and salary-grid redesign, directed recruitment for more than 50 roles annually, and developed COVID-19 HR business-continuity processes.
I've built HR functions from the ground up, authored policies and procedures, implemented HRIS systems, and supported organizational design, safeguarding, duty of care, and employee relations. I bring fluent French and English communication, data-informed HR reporting, and practical experience working in fragile, multicultural environments.
