I am a Data Analyst & Researcher currently analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights and support business decision-making. I collect and analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and utilize statistical tools to interpret results.

Previously I served as a Network Administrator, Technical Support, and Field Technician where I managed network infrastructure, troubleshot connectivity issues, and supervised teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. I planned and implemented network upgrades, optimized performance, and handled installation and configuration of customer and server-room equipment.

I hold a Diploma in Telecommunications Technologies and a Certificate in Optic Fiber Technology, and I am proficient in MikroTik and Cisco configuration, fiber splicing and installation, and LAN extensions. I have been recognized for exceptional customer communication, teamwork, and leadership after being selected to head a branch and supervise cross-functional teams.

I regularly take initiative beyond assigned duties, including bookkeeping and client acquisition, demonstrating adaptability and a broad operational skill set. I bring a pragmatic, results-focused approach and seek to combine technical expertise with data-driven decision-making to improve operations and service delivery.
