At DoorDash, I built the POS Integration Program from scratch, creating onboarding workflows, technical standards, and operating processes that cut implementation timelines from 12 weeks to 3. I also built API error monitoring dashboards that helped engineering reduce system errors across POS partners.
As an Associate Product Manager, I scoped and piloted a stockout substitution API at two stores before its company-wide rollout. At Airbnb, I drove ProHost API adoption from 12 to 83 companies and created onboarding and documentation that helped partners implement integrations more independently.
More recently, I built AI-powered search and RAG workflows for archaeological research teams, including a conversational system for querying artifact documentation. Across product delivery and technical integrations, I bring user feedback into requirements and keep engineering and stakeholders aligned.
