I've led 0-to-1 AI product work at Schneider Electric, including an AI-powered HMI migration product that enables platform conversion and unlocks revenue from migrated install bases.
I validated 17 UX prototypes spanning supply chain, spare-parts management, and adaptive AI assistance to improve First-Time Fix Rate and reduce Mean Time to Repair. I also designed Agentic AI frameworks that enabled modular delivery across six-plus cross-functional teams and global business units.
Across Schneider Electric and Aurigo Software Technologies, I've shaped B2B industrial, edge-device, cybersecurity, sales-platform, and capital-asset-management experiences. My work includes 50-plus interfaces across 20-plus workflows, a reusable enterprise design system, and product revamps that reduced repair and identification time.
I'm building toward product management through data-informed strategy, customer discovery, roadmapping, PRDs, and GTM thinking. My product case studies for Blinkit, Zomato, and Lenskart use research, cohort analysis, funnel diagnosis, TAM sizing, and RICE prioritization to identify growth opportunities.
