At Capital Business System Pvt. Ltd., I support the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of physical servers and NAS storage systems.
I work with Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant infrastructure, as well as Windows Server and Linux-based servers. I troubleshoot hardware, storage, RAID, and network connectivity issues.
I configure NAS storage, shared-folder access, and permissions, and support backup operations. I also handle operating system patching, firmware upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
I monitor servers, support data centre operations, and manage domain and DNS configuration and renewals through GoDaddy. I prepare technical and maintenance documentation and support incident coordination with vendors and internal teams.
