I'm looking for an HR operations role where I can lead onboarding, payroll, compliance, HRMS implementation, vendor coordination, and employee grievance resolution while supporting a positive workplace culture.

At Coders Brain Technology, I coordinate clients and deployed resources across onboarding, background verification, timesheets, payroll, compliance documentation, and employee grievance resolution. I also lead HRMS implementation and data migration while managing insurer and BGV vendor relationships.
