What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a fixed-pay remote role in customer support, customer service, virtual assistance, or operations. I’m open to international remote opportunities and different time zones.

At Teleconnect, I made outbound calls to users who had not logged in or completed their application profiles. I asked questions to understand account difficulties and explained application steps and available assistance.
