At CODE IT, I tested Orange HRM and HealthShifts workflows, including shift creation, radius rules, visibility options, and acceptance. I designed and executed test cases and documented results for traceability.

I reported defects with severity and priority, reproduction steps, and screenshots. I identified an issue where cancelled shifts did not increment counters.

I also practiced Selenium automation with Python for smoke and regression checks, and used Postman to verify login and token lifecycle APIs. I'm seeking an entry-level QA role where I can contribute to software quality and expand my knowledge of automation frameworks and agile methodologies.
