I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in manual and automation testing, API testing, backend validation, and database testing for enterprise software quality assurance.

In my current role, I execute end-to-end software testing for web-based applications, design and maintain test cases from business requirements, and run functional, regression, integration, system, and API testing. I validate REST APIs using Postman and Swagger, perform database validation using SQL queries, manage defects with issue tools, and collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments while supporting Python/Selenium automation activities.

Previously at Verizon (via Infosys), I performed enterprise application testing in a large-scale production environment. I executed functional, regression, and system testing, validated backend services and API functionality, developed and maintained Python automation scripts, and ran database validation and data integrity testing—supporting production releases and root cause analysis with cross-functional Agile teams.

I bring a practical test automation and quality mindset grounded in SDLC/STLC and Agile/Scrum, with hands-on skills in Python, Selenium WebDriver, PyTest, REST API testing, and SQL validation. I also work comfortably in CI/CD environments using Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and support structured defect lifecycle and test management with Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and TestLink.
