At Amazon, I lead a team of around 15 engineers building B2B and B2G payments and invoicing features across nine countries, supporting more than $20B in business volume. I built an instant invoicing solution that cut customer onboarding time from 1–2 hours to 1–2 minutes.
I led a reconciliation system that reduced customer contacts by 25%, meeting a VP-level organizational goal, and launched consolidated invoicing for the India marketplace. I also drove GenAI tool adoption across my team, tripling engineering productivity.
Earlier at Amazon, I built Alexa Calendar and Email integrations across Android and backend systems, and developed features for Kindle tablets and Fire TV. My work included enabling live streaming for Fire TV web applications and contributing to the launch of 4K TV support on Fire TV OS.
