I directed the production rollout of a delivery consolidation program across 9 international marketplaces, coordinating 6 microservices and 4 engineering teams. It increased customer opt-ins by 30% while maintaining under 2 ms latency overhead.
Before that, I developed Braavos, a self-service reporting platform for Finance and Tax organizations, along with 20+ REST APIs and report workflows. I also delivered platform enhancements for Redshift integration, SQL validation, dynamic report generation, and pagination.
