Nisha Kumari

I’m an HR Intern with hands-on exposure to manpower planning and industrial relations in public-sector settings. I connect workforce analysis with practical HR decisions to support smooth operations and stronger workplace alignment.

During my internships at East Coast Railway and Odisha Mining Corporation Limited, I studied recruitment, training, workforce allocation, and the effectiveness of employee welfare and grievance handling practices. I also examined how industrial relations contribute to maintaining harmonious relationships between management, employees, and trade unions.

I’m particularly drawn to research and data analysis in HR—collecting, analyzing, and interpreting information tied to manpower planning, employee welfare, and grievance management. I focus on turning findings into clear reports that support better employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency.

Alongside my technical HR work, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail. I’ve also earned a 2nd position in an Admad show (BJB college), which reflects my confidence and ability to contribute beyond routine responsibilities.
