What I'm looking for

I am looking for an opportunity in HR, HR Operations, HR Administration, Recruitment, or related roles where I can use my experience in recruitment, payroll, attendance, employee records, onboarding, PF, ESI, and HR operations. I am open to remote or hybrid opportunities and would like to work in a professional environment where I can contribute, learn, and grow.

At TESTPAN INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, I manage day-to-day HR administration and use Keka HRIS to track attendance, manage leave records, and validate payroll data for monthly salary preparation across multiple locations.

I coordinate recruitment logistics, screen candidate profiles, schedule interviews, and support employee onboarding. I also maintain employee files and HR master data, and coordinate information for PF, ESI, and gratuity compliance.

Earlier, in the Operations Department at SUNRISE FIRST ENTERPRISES (SISTER CONCERN OF TESTPAN INDIA PVT. LTD, I handled technical and operational coordination for company projects, maintained digital content, and supported test creation and validation.
