What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end strategic projects in remote or hybrid environments, combining operational execution, Agile delivery, cross-functional collaboration and measurable business outcomes.

At edding International, I lead sustainability and operations projects, including a 3,000-tonne CO₂ reduction initiative and a production-site relocation that delivered €250k in annual savings with no supply-chain disruption.

I coordinate sourcing, product management, sales, technical and supply-chain teams, while building internal project-management capability through training, frameworks and PMI-aligned planning practices. I also support Scrum delivery for seasonal product launches and cross-functional SAP standardisation.

Previously at Solaris, I coordinated product rollouts for more than 70 partners including Samsung, Amex and Coinbase, improving time-to-market, partner support and regulatory readiness. At Laterpay, I delivered an iOS app, website rebrand, feature rollouts and compliance-focused operational improvements for a SaaS micropayment platform.
