I'm looking to solve growth, market-entry, and business strategy challenges through structured analysis, financial modelling, and stakeholder collaboration.

I've built growth and financial strategies at Yachii, working directly with the founding team during a pre-seed fundraising and product-pivot period. I translate ambiguous challenges into market research, customer segmentation, pricing scenarios, unit economics, and executive-ready recommendations.

Through CEMS and HEC Paris, I've delivered consulting engagements for Mastercard, Beiersdorf, Capgemini, and Richemont, developing business cases, market-sizing analyses, demand forecasts, process-improvement recommendations, and compliance assessments.

I also founded and operated an esports tournament platform that reached 100+ weekly active users and $20K+ transaction volume, owning pricing, user acquisition, retention, and P&L. My experience includes an EU market-entry assessment that identified a €6.80-per-unit base-case loss and helped prevent an unviable rollout.
