I’m looking for a remote Behavioral Health Utilization Management or Clinical Reviewer role where I can apply my assessment, level-of-care, and medical-necessity experience to support prior authorizations, documentation quality, and interdisciplinary decision-making.

I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with more than 18 years of behavioral health experience across outpatient, hospital, PHP, substance use treatment, forensic psychiatry, and leadership settings.

I’m independently licensed in Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, and I focus on behavioral health assessments, determining levels of care, and building treatment plans that align with medical necessity.

I bring strong utilization management experience, including prior authorization support, insurance documentation, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary care coordination—along with HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation throughout the care process.

In addition to direct clinical work, I’ve served as a Clinical Supervisor and Clinical Services Manager/Clinical Director, supervising LPC candidates, reviewing documentation for quality and compliance, and supporting staff training across multiple counties.
