Led and supervised 15 clinical staff and oversaw four specialty behavioral health programs, ensuring clinical quality and operational consistency. Coordinated treatment planning with contracted health plans and conducted clinical audits of member records to support quality and concurrent review standards.

Performed utilization reviews for behavioral health and substance use services, making authorization and level-of-care decisions using medical necessity criteria. Supported transition/disposition planning and collaborated with state agencies and external stakeholders to maintain continuity and quality of care.
