What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a behavioral health leadership role where I can drive utilization management and clinical quality through supervision, utilization review, audits, and program oversight—partnering cross-functionally to improve outcomes and standardize effective workflows.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with extensive experience in managed care and community-based behavioral health, with a focus on utilization review, concurrent standards, and clinical quality. In my current role, I lead and supervise clinical teams while ensuring clinical quality and operational consistency across specialty programs.

I partner with contracted health plans to coordinate treatment planning for shared members and conduct clinical audits of member records to validate quality of care. I also analyze and present program data and outcomes, update policies/SOPs, and strengthen workflow reliability through cross-functional collaboration—while bringing a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach to screening, intake, assessment, and crisis response.
