What I'm looking for

I am seeking roles where I can design equitable, standards-aligned literacy curriculum, coach educators, and use data to improve student writing and college readiness.

I am a learning experience designer and literacy educator with over a decade of experience creating standards-aligned ELA curriculum that supports diverse learners and strengthens critical thinking, argumentation, and complex text analysis.

I have led school- and district-level literacy initiatives, coached teachers on writing instruction and data-driven practice, and designed interventions and resources that contributed to sustained AP pass rates and improved student outcomes.
